As a member of the Suffolk Early Years Partnership children are entitled to grant funding direct from the government in the term AFTER they turn three. This funding is paid direct to the school on completion of a Parent Declaration Form and lasts until the child enters full time school.
Parents must complete and sign the form declaring the number of sessions they intend to take up and ensuring their child will not receive more than five free sessions per week. Parent Declaration forms will be issued in the first week of the term your child is eligible for the grant.
Evidence must be provided of a child's date of birth (eg birth certificate, passport etc.).
